Data deletion instructions

Required by Meta Platform Terms. Last updated 31 October 2026.

Ad Uploader stores your email, encrypted Meta and Google access tokens, the list of ad accounts you shared, your saved defaults and a log of tool calls. Creative files are never retained after upload.

Option 1 — from Facebook

• Open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations.
• Find “Ad Uploader” and click Remove.
• Meta notifies us and we delete the token and the shared account list within 24 hours.

Option 2 — from Ad Uploader

• Sign in at app.aduploader.com, open Connect and click Disconnect next to Facebook or Google Drive, or open Settings → Danger zone → Delete account.

Option 3 — email

Email privacy@aduploader.com with the subject “Data deletion request” from the address on your account. We confirm deletion within 7 business days.

Billing records are retained by Stripe as required by law. Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics may be retained.
