Privacy Policy

Ad Uploader (“we”, “us”) is operated by Social Mate Pty Ltd, Australia. This policy explains what we collect when you use app.aduploader.com and the Ad Uploader connector for AI assistants (the “Service”), and how we handle it.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and name, provided when you sign in.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer id and subscription status, never card numbers.
• Meta data: when you connect Facebook, we receive an access token and the list of ad accounts, Pages and Instagram accounts you choose to share. We use the token only to read campaign structure and to create ad sets, creatives and ads you ask for. Tokens are encrypted at rest.
• Google Drive data: if you connect Google Drive, we use read-only access solely to list and download the files you point us to. We do not store your files beyond the time needed to upload them to Meta.
• Creative files: images and videos pass through our servers only while being uploaded to your Meta ad account and are then discarded.
• Usage logs: which tools your AI assistant called, when, and whether they succeeded, so we can support you and prevent abuse. Prompts you type to your AI assistant are not sent to us; only the structured tool calls it makes are.

Google API Services

Ad Uploader’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security, or to comply with law.

Meta Platform

We use Meta’s Marketing API under Meta’s Platform Terms. We never store your Facebook password. You can revoke our access at any time in your Facebook settings under Business Integrations, or on your Ad Uploader connect page.

Sub-processors

Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), WorkOS (sign-in), Stripe (billing), Google (Drive access), Meta (advertising). All are bound by their own data-processing terms.

Retention and deletion

We keep account data while your account exists. You can delete your account and all connected tokens from the settings page or by following the data deletion instructions. Backups are purged within 30 days.

You may access, correct or delete your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@aduploader.com.
