Terms of Service

1. The service
Ad Uploader provides a connector that lets AI assistants you control create and manage advertising objects in your Meta ad accounts on your instruction. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or officially connected with Meta Platforms, Inc.
2. Your account and your agents
You must be 18 or older and authorised to manage the ad accounts you connect. Actions taken through the Service by an AI assistant connected to your account are your actions, including any resulting ad spend. Keep your API keys and sign-in secure.
3. Paused by default
Objects are created paused unless you or your assistant explicitly request otherwise. Activating an object starts spend billed by Meta under your agreement with Meta. We are not responsible for ad spend, ad disapprovals, account restrictions or performance.
4. Fees
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends. Cancelling stops future charges; unused time is not refunded. Cancelling does not pause ads already running in Meta.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to violate Meta’s Advertising Standards or any law, to run ads for accounts you do not have permission to manage, or to circumvent rate limits or safety controls.
6. Availability
The Service depends on Meta’s and Google’s APIs, which change. We aim for high availability but provide the Service “as is” without warranties.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or ad spend.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. On termination we delete your connected tokens.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
